Sandy is a genuine service provider. I awarded the project to him. During the project phase 1 (documentation) we both realized that project idea is quite complex and required some major services.
It was going over cost to me. I just paid the little amount to Sandy for the documentation work done and going to close the project. I will surely hire sandy for my next project.

Sandy is the nice guy. I was having some big thougths in mind to be added to my project. Sandy made me cleat that those points will not be good at the start of project and lets keep those for Phase 2.
I got phase 1 ready if few days and now looking for traffic. Based on that I will award the phase 2 to sandy agaong :-)
