The required info to be entered are a) Region b) Country c) Latitude and longitude of course and d) Name of Golf course.
The data shall be entered through a form on a webpage. The information should be sourced from a site where the information is freely available and without copyright. Examples of where such information can be found is http://www.golfshot.com.
The party entering the data into the system is responsible for the data to be correct and that it is sourced from a trusted and reliable source and that the person has the right to copy such information.
